| Through the rain, through the storm,
I stood tall, I stood firm.
Through the quakes and the tragedies,
Head held high I refuse to get on bended knees.
Emotion ran wild like midnight shivers,
But I found my calm midst rumbling rivers.
My peace, my serenity may elude me,
I took that next jab but did you see ?
Distasteful the taste of sadness and sorrow,
And there's a promise of a better tomorrow.
Through all this i fight, I fight with might,
Greater things i have achieved...
